Culture plays an important role in the development of a nation. It represents a set of shared attitudes, values, goals, and practices. Culture and creativity manifest themselves in almost all economic, social, and other activities. A country is as diverse as India is symbolized by the plurality of its culture.

In order to preserve Indian heritage culture, HIO organizes many Arts and Culture Program. HIO has been awarded by World Books of Record for organizing a mass event of Ghoomar dance participated by 5000 women in 30 minutes at sadhu ram tapovan panchavati, Nashik ( Maharashtra ) India on 17th November 2019.
